Clifton and Camps Bay beaches boasts pristine white sand and beautiful blue waters and make these beaches a popular summer attraction for locals and tourists alike. Camps Bay Strip offers a vibrant atmosphere with sea facing restaurants and bars, palm trees and a lively street scene.
Hout Bay and Seal Island Boat Trip
Explore the charming Hout Bay village with its bustling harbour and beautiful beach. It offers delicious seafood and the Bay Harbour market. Take an optional boat trip to Seal Island to see thousands of Cape Fur seals.
Chapman's Peak (If Open)
Drive along the scenic 9km and 114 curve of Chapman's Peak, also known as "Chappies," Enjoy the sight of towering mountains and breathtaking ocean views. Stop at a viewpoint for photos and potential whale or dolphin sightings.
Cape Point
Arrive at the Cape Point Nature Reserve. Hike or take the Flying Dutchman funicular (optional) to the iconic Cape Point lighthouse for panoramic views of rugged cliffs and the mythical meeting point of the "the Two Oceans". Explore the reserve's diverse flora and fauna and visit the nearby Cape of Good Hope, the most south westerly point of the African continent.
Penguin Colony & Simon's Town
Visit the delightful African penguin colony at Boulders, Simons Town, home to 2000 plus of these endangered coastal birds, and view them in there natural habitat from designated walkways. Explore the historic naval town of Simon's Town. See the South African Navy's headquarters and harbor housing impressive frigates and submarines.
